Current Happenings With the weather being quite favorable, the construction on the tasting room has been moving along rapidly. The basement, which will be used for case storage, is poured and the walls are anxiously awaiting the delivery of the wall panels and roof on the 18th and 19th. read more In the Vineyards The vineyards are looking like we will have a substantial crop this year. Budbreak happened two weeks ago and the buds are on average about two inches in length. read more

Winemakers Corner Fred has been spending all of his time in the winery getting all of the wines ready for bottling (hickup). The white wines, including two styles of Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, and the yet-to-be-named estate white blend have all been cold-stabilized and are undergoing a final filtration. read more
Zugibe Vineyards is happy to announce that the tasting room project is progressing quickly. With the walls and roof going up on the 18th and 19th, you will have the first opportunity to see exactly the location and overall presence that it will have in relation to Seneca Lake and the surrounding area.
